Being aware of the diverse learning styles
of adult students is one of the most important things that you can know.
However, before you assess your students' learning styles, you should
also be aware of your own learning style and teaching style so that you
can make necessary adjustments in your strategies, resources, and materials.
Most of us "teach to our strengths." It takes time and effort
to change the way that we do something.
