The Instructional Program - Teaching Anything More Effectively

Now, that you know the process of recruiting, orienting, retaining, transition planning, and funding, let's return to the basic reason why you do what you do - teach! Teaching Adult Basic Education programs requires that you are familiar with the curriculum frameworks for both Adult Basic Education and Workplace Readiness Skills, as well as what it means to teach effectively.

What does it mean to teach more effectively? Take a few minutes and jot down your ideas of how you can teach more effectively in your classroom. List three of your own ideas or best practices below and post your responses to the bulletin board.
