In this web-based training, you will have an opportunity to review a number of different topics that can help you ensure that your programs are ready for an audit. If you have done your homework, then an audit should merely be a review of all the excellent things that are happening in your program. Will your program receive a "perfect" rating? Probably not, there is always room for improvement. View your audit as a learning experience. If there are things you need to change, change them. If you have established some exemplary procedures - share them with other adult educators.
This web-based training will provide you with information on the following:

- Performance issues
- Compliance responsibilities
- Self-assessment
There are two things that you need to do before you begin. First, if you wish to earn inservice points, login through your Region. If you do not wish to earn inservice points, but just wish to visit the site and hopefully pick up some useful information, then please login as a guest. If you've never participated in one of Florida's web-based trainings, you may wish to go through an orientation.
