Thinking About Change

So, how can you as a classroom instructor or literacy practitioner assist in systemic change? Think for a few minutes about what you can do to be proactive in the improvement of services for learning disabled students in your workplace.

Share your ideas with others by posting them to the Bridges to Practice bulletin board. Click here to access the board.

Remember, "Together, people can make a difference." That is what systemic change is all about - a change in attitude, in action, and in services provided.

This program was developed by Dr. Rochelle Kenyon, Project Director, Florida Bridges to Practice, through an Adult Education State Leadership Grant from the Florida Department of Education, Division of Community Colleges and Workforce Education.
