Accommodations
for the
GED
Tests
|
"Not all
individuals can be fairly tested under standard administrations
of regular print editions of the GED Tests. In such cases,
accommodated administrations may be arranged at the request
of the candidate and with the approval of the Chief Examiner
and the GED Administrator
"
GED Testing
Service (GEDTS)
|
The goal of
GEDTS is to ensure that every candidate has a fair opportunity to
demonstrate his/her knowledge and skills under appropriate test
conditions. To that end, the GEDTS has worked hard to publicize
the types of accommodations and the process for obtaining accommodations
for the GED Tests. At the local level, it is the responsibility
of the GED Chief Examiner to disseminate information about test
accommodations.
