    Implementing effective GED programs that meet the needs of the client or students is a difficult task.  There are many kinds of environments and experiences that facilitate learning.  Read "Seven Characteristics of Highly Effective Adult Learning Programs" by Dorothy D. Billington, Ph.D.

    Design a smart classroom for your program.  Include information on the technology you would use and describe the environment in which the students would be working and learning.  What challenges would you have to address to implement this smart classroom?  Post your design on the bulletin board.
