Component 3 - Student Recruitment

One of the most important forms of marketing or public relations that you are responsible for is the recruitment of students. Your students do not have to attend your program. Unlike the K-12 system, attendance at an adult education program is voluntary. This means that you will need to invest time and effort in not only retaining students who currently attend your program, but also in recruiting new students.

Think for a moment about how your center recruits new students. Click on the radio below to open and print recruitment ideas for your program. Place the information in your marketing folder. You may need it for your final project.
