Component 2: The Most Overlooked Resource

Now that you have had an opportunity to review information about the new GED 2002 Series Test, there is another resource that can be extremely useful to you, your teachers and your students - the Internet. Although you may not access the Internet on a daily basis, you have learned that it can be useful or you wouldn't be with us now.  The Internet can be an incredibly valuable resource in the GED classroom - providing numerous sites for teachers and students at a minimal cost.

Before you can use the Internet effectively in the GED classroom, you first must be able to find and evaluate the quality of the sites.  The following articles will provide you with some basic information about evaluating instructional websites.  Take a few minutes and review each of the links provided on the following pages.
