VPI Language with Career and Technical Instruction

Using material from the career/technical textbooks, create learning modules teaching the language skills. A guide to develop these modules can be found in Developing Learning Modules for the Integration of Academics and Vocational Education, 1992. (ECI order # SA 931)

Online Learning Activities Bank- "LAB"

An exceptional online resource worth checking out right now is the Learning Activities Bank, or "LAB". Developed by Southern LINCS and the Virginia Adult Learning Resource Center, The LAB collects and distributes high-quality Web-based learning activities that focus on the basic skills and knowledge adults need to be effective in the 21st Century workplace. Many of the Learning Activities directly apply to SCANS Competencies, and the Math Learning Activities are especially relevant to integrating VPI and career/technical instruction.
