But When Do I Fit in Assessing a Student's Learning Style?

Timing is important when assessing a student's learning style.  If a learning style inventory is completed during the initial interview, then the educational process becomes one that is very personal to the student.  Showing that you care about the individual helps to involve the student in his/her education.

One of the most important aspects of the VPI lab is to create a learning plan that incorporates the learning styles of each student and fully involves all students in the process of learning. How do you do this?  Start with a Learning Style Inventory!
