the idea of continuous learning and re-skilling in order to keep pace
with the future of job market. LEP students often remain in unskilled or low skilled positions. Improving language skills, technical skills and acquiring new skills continues over a lifetime. What you can do: provide data on future hot jobs and ask students to predict what skills will be required; use computer technology to provide greater instructional flexibility; provide skills using the internet to locate information electronically; include visual and text materials that demonstrate diversity in a variety of places of employment.
