The Internet is an excellent resource for your students. Discovery Communications, Inc. has developed Discovery Health, an online health service. It provides health information that can be very useful for your students.  Discovery Health has a set of Healthy Tools that can be used by your students to assess their general health and well being as well as identify specific problem areas.  Visit the following site and take one of the health assessments.  Click on the following link and then select Healthy Tools from the toolbar on the left of your screen.  You may want to explore various parts of this site to see what may be of most use to your particular students.

Have students also check out some of the personality tests that are included on this site.  Students can take a number of assessments that range from assessing anxiety levels to communication styles to time management skills.  Your students will not only enjoy the opportunity to learn more about themselves, but they can also use the information to address any changes they wish to make in their lives.
