Part I
In the first dialog box, list three things that you feel are areas of concern and what you intend to do to make changes in those areas.  Be specific and provide details that would enable someone to clearly understand the problem and how you intend to rectify it.

Part II
In the dialog box, list three things that you feel are exemplary practices.  Explain what the practices are and why you feel they are exemplary.  Be specific and provide details that would enable someone to replicate these practices.

Part III
In the third dialog box, list areas that you feel should be addressed through workshops, additional web-based training or through communications from the Florida GED Testing Office.

Part IV
Complete the posttest and the evaluation and submit your work to the facilitator.
