* One valuable source of information for teacher evaluation is a student survey.  Dr. Peterson has included a form on the website for use by students in evaluating the classroom environment.  Although the student survey was designed for students in high school, the format may be adapted and used in the adult education classroom.  Click on the folder below and print a copy of the student survey.  Conduct a survey of students in your GED program, calculate the results and use this data to identify areas of commendation or concern that you may find.  Share what you have discovered with other GED administrators by posting your results to the bulletin board.  You may also find other interesting results from your colleagues on the bulletin board.

Note: The file contained in this folder can only be viewed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.  You can download the free reader by clicking here Click here to download the free Adobe Reader software!.  Once you have successfully downloaded the reader, follow the directions to install the software to your hard drive.

Note:  You only have to download the software once in order to view .pdf files.  The software remains on your computer hard drive.
