Gathering
Your Data
The first thing you will
need to do is pull together your data – all of your data. This includes:
class rosters, student registration forms, assessment data, LCP reporting
data – anything needed to prove that:

You provided services to
the adults you reported as students to WDIS (Workforce Development Information
System)
-
The students truly achieved
the academic gains you reported to WDIS

Your program personnel met
all the certification requirements outlined by the Florida Department of
Education
Depending on the data system
that you currently use, you may wish to print class rosters or an alphabetical
listing of every student enrolled in your GED program during the past year.
It will help if you print these reports by class and by term. This
will make looking for supporting documentation a lot easier.
