  • Now the big question – were you able to identify the students that you reported as earning LCPs for the GED program on the GED Test results list?
    • If yes, good for you.  Although FETPIP (Florida Education and Training Placement Information Program) cross-checks data from instructional programs with data from the GED Testing Office at the Florida DOE, it is a really good idea for you to know how many LCPs you really earned. 
    • If no, well in the case of the GED program, this data is not absolutely essential.  Remember, FETPIP generates a final report on GED LCPs.  However, you may want to consider maintaining this information in the future to ensure accurate data.
  • Were you able to find certification records for all of your GED teachers?
    • If yes, you have what you are going to need when your program is audited.
    • If no, you need to go find those records as soon as possible and update your files.
