  • Conduct an evaluation in the past year, two years, three years?
  • Conduct an evaluation in a past life?
  • Suffer through an evaluation conducted by an external entity, such as the Auditor General’s office, not knowing what would happen?
  • Conduct teacher evaluations on an annual or semi-annual basis, including classroom observation?
  • Conduct a teacher evaluation only when a student complained about a problem in the classroom?
  • Sit down with the teacher to discuss concerns about the classroom materials, resources, technology, student performance, etc.?
  • Review student performance data from each teacher for each course to see:
    • Student retention rates?
    • Student completion rates?
    • Student graduation rates?
    • Student attendance?
  • Use the information to make a personnel change to improve student performance?
  • Meet with your teachers to discuss their concerns and review data with them?
  • Compare program data from one year to the next?
