Welcome to the Operation College website. This website was created through a cooperative effort of the Continuing and Adult Education Standing Committee (CAESC) of the State Board of Community Colleges and the Florida Department of Education (FDOE), Division of Workforce Development.

The Florida Community College System (FLCCS) plays a vital role in providing quality adult education in the state. The purpose of Operation College is to assist community college instructors and administrators in implementing and operating quality adult education programs through the sharing of information and best practices.

The Operation College Resource Manual is one way to share this information. It includes topics of interest to the adult education practitioner. Created as a working document, updates will be made as changes in adult education occur.

As it evolves, this site will contain information, resources, and online learning opportunities that can be used to enhance program performance and increase learner outcomes.
