The goal of the Postsecondary and Workforce Linkages Ad Hoc Committee is to review and develop state-wide transition pathways for adult education students to advance to higher adult general education programs and to postsecondary programs and employment and to review existing and develop possible new collaborative agreements between educational and workforce agencies.

The committee is working on the following tasks:

Review and Develop Statewide Transitions Pathways for Adult Education Students

Examine High End of ABE Program and GED Program With Goal of Making Them More Relevant and Rigorous

Review and build on Ready for College Adult Education Transitions Program grant submitted to USDOE in 07 by six ABE programs.
